However we suggest you to check sizing information carefully before ordering as we do not honour refund request only because of size issue or change of mind.

Please open the parcel and check the contents before signing and inform us within 7 days so that we can initiate the process of refund.

All our items have to be dispatched from Auckland location to your home. This process often takes between 2-3 business days plus a processing time of 1-3 business days. Yes we provide tracking number on request so you can track the status of your parcel. We will make sure you receive your items in a timely fashion and if your item is lost or damaged, we will refund your purchase. Once we receive your order we do quality control checks before shipping the item, this might take 1-3 business days. However in peak seasons because of the high volume of orders processing may take 5-10 Business days.
All orders for products are subject to availability, in case if the item you purchased is out of stock or insufficient products to complete the order we will get in touch with you to provide you with a status update. In which case we will provide a full refund for the same value to use on our website for further transactions.
